RMML LIMITED |Casino Player |Administration|Chinar Experience: 5+ years Qualification: Any relevant graduation Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for maintenance, repairs install of slot machines, electronic components, bill acceptors, and printers on the casino floor. Have a thorough knowledge of equipment and its uses. Operated, serviced, inspected, and tested all Slot Machines to check performance. Act as host and answer the guest concerns questions and investigate and resolve guest complaints. Troubleshoot slot machines and operating accounting systems, such as TRM's. Perform RAM clears and option slot machines, while working with the Illinois gamming board to ensure the integrity of machines. Install, remove, convert, upgrade and swap slot machines when needed. Rebuilds parts/equipment during downtimes, and maintains the parts inventory as assigned. Set-up, collect and carry out coin drop counts in accordance with established Global Casino Operations (GCO) procedures Assist in the collection of machine bill stackers during slot revenue courts.
