RMC Sales Manager

About the Company:

A Chennai based leading RMC Company, manufactures and supplies concrete to Industrial construction companies, Commercial Construction Companies, Real Estate Developers, Building Contractors and Road & PWD Projects.

Purpose:

• Independently develop market opportunities, create proposals, manage customer relationships, conduct market analysis, ensure timely payment collections.
• Manage sales and marketing activities for the RMC Plant in Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a priority list of market opportunities to explore in their respective market.
• Identify the decision maker within the target company for initiating discussions.
• Develop competitive proposals and presentations for potential/ prospective clients and high priority target (Commercial, Industrial, Residential) customers
• Interact with customers and local officials of competitors to collect information regarding prices, incentives, discounts etc.
• Visit the Site frequently to meet the concerned site in-charge, project managers, influencers and various agencies during project planning & execution and build rapport to execute a smooth flow of operation.
• Build and promote strong long-lasting relationship with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Min 5+ years of experience in Direct / Corporate / B2B Sales
• Knowledge of RMC Plant / RCC Concrete
• Excellent communication skills
• Tamil Language mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
