Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive for our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant in Ulunthurpet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our RMC products, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for RMC sales in Ulunthurpet and surrounding areas
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and construction companies
• Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Provide technical support and product information to customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Knowledge of concrete products, construction processes, and building materials
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English
• Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in RMC, cement, or construction materials sales
• Established network within the construction industry in Villupuram district
• Understanding of concrete grades, mix designs, and technical specifications
