Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment.
Interact and coordinate with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and sales executives to drive business.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer retention and generate referrals.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Monitor sales performance metrics and regularly report progress to senior management.
Conduct regular product training and sales skill enhancement sessions for the sales team.
Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal policies in all sales processes and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
25 years of experience in home loan or LAP sales
Proven experience in managing DSAs/DSTs and achieving loan sales targets
Sound understanding of mortgage lending, property documentation, and loan structuring
Knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance standards related to loan products
