Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Source business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market channels, direct sourcing, and DSAs.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the branch.

Conduct client meetings, understand financial needs, explain product features, and provide the best possible loan solutions.

Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Ensure accurate documentation, KYC collection, and application processing as per company norms.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and back-office teams for timely file movement and disbursal.

Generate market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and pricing to drive business performance.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in HL / LAP sales.

Strong market knowledge of retail mortgage products.

Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Must be comfortable with field sales and open market sourcing.

Graduation preferred.
