Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT/ITES sector.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent for various positions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.
Manage job postings, resumes, and other recruitment materials effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the recruitment market.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT/ITES sector.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
