Location: Central Office , Mumbai

About the Role

Product lead - Overdraft products will be responsible for product and portfolio management includingdevelopment and implementation of product strategy and P&L management. The individual should have relevantproduct management work experience including new product development and launch, designing productpromotion, driving portfolio utilization and active portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

. Product and Portfolio management:

o Strategy formulation for Flexicredit (salary overdraft) scale up and driving implementation of thesame

o Drive profitable scale up of Loan against Securities and ODFD

o Manage day to day functioning of Overdraft products

o Drive and manage all P&L metrics for Flexicredit, LAS and ODFD portfolio

o Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including channels, Policy, Credit, Operations, IT,Audit and Compliance on various product related aspects such as processes, risk reviews

o Proactively review product and portfolio management processes and address any identified gaps

o Address all audit related queries and implementing relevant recommendations in a timely manner

o Roll-out campaigns with marketing for various channels to drive new acquisitions and portfolioutilization

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

o 10+ yrs of experience in product and portfolio management

o Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability, detail orientation

o Self-motivated, innovative and strong team player

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferably MBA from a reputed business school
