Risk Manager-Credit Cards

As a Risk Manager in the Credit Cards vertical at IDFC FIRST Bank, your role will involve assessing, managing, and reporting risks. You will be responsible for drafting credit policies, implementing strategies, and managing stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize prior experience in data-driven Credit Card Underwriting to understand product intricacies and relevant risk metrics. - Ensure comprehensive risk coverage and alignment of asset portfolio with desired risk levels by preparing Risk assurance reports and presenting data analysis driven strategies to senior management. - Develop and enhance risk management strategies and frameworks for IDFC First Bank in collaboration with Business, Credit, and Group Risk teams. - Document key risk indicators and controls for critical processes or product launches. - Review asset portfolio and early warning signals to minimize portfolio risk. - Generate, disseminate, and follow up on portfolio risk reports and dashboards as per defined procedures and quality standards. - Conduct periodic reviews of the bank's products and processes, and provide risk mitigation controls and training to optimize protection of IDFC's business interests. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Bachelor of Commerce/ Technology - Post-graduation in Master of Technology/ MBA / PGDM - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience with proficiency in data analysis using Python or SQL.
