Key Responsibilities: - Credit: - Help manage and oversee the counterparty credit, equity, and asset risks taken by Macquarie. - Market Risk: - Assess, monitor, and report on the risk of change in the value of Macquarie's positions due to market conditions. - Prudential Risk: - Develop and maintain the prudential risk framework to ensure compliance with global prudential obligations. - RMG Central: - Provide centralised services for strategy, data management, analytics, change, projects, and learning and development in RMG to support effective and efficient operation. - Internal Audit: - Provide independent and objective risk-based assurance on compliance with Macquarie's financial and risk management framework. - Compliance: - Support Group-wide risk surveillance by providing centralised services for analytics, insights, and models. Qualifications Required: - Commerce, economics, maths, and technology students in their penultimate or final year of study. - No prior financial experience required, only an innate curiosity and eagerness to learn.
