Job Description

Role Overview: As a Risk Analyst at Salesforce, you will be part of the Risk and Insurance team, contributing to Salesforce's global property and liability insurance and corporate risk management programs. Your role will involve assisting in the renewal of global insurance programs, day-to-day operations, infrastructure building, and policy development to ensure operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Risk Management, you will collaborate with various departments to effectively manage risk and support the company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support on the day-to-day management of the Corporate Risk Management function - Assist in insurance renewals by analyzing and presenting accurate data - Manage insurance claims and integrate mergers and acquisitions into global insurance programs - Work on cross-functional teams with departments such as Accounting/Finance, Legal, HR, Real Estate, and Corporate Security to execute risk management programs and initiatives effectively Qualifications Required: - Solid experience in corporate risk management and/or the insurance industry - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in financial analysis - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities - Proactive attitude to drive projects to completion successfully - At least 2 years of Corporate Risk Management and/or Insurance-related work experience - Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, basic knowledge of finance and accounting - Familiarity with Salesforce products, including Tableau - Experience with Risk Management Information Systems would be an added advantage Additional Details: If you are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role offers an opportunity to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact.
