Job Description

As a Risk Analyst at Salesforce, you will be part of the Risk and Insurance team, contributing to Salesforces global property and liability insurance and corporate risk management programs. Your role will involve assisting in the renewal of global insurance programs, day-to-day operations, infrastructure building, and policy development to ensure operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Risk Management, you will collaborate with various departments to effectively manage risk and support the company's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include providing support on the day-to-day management of the Corporate Risk Management function, assisting in insurance renewals by analyzing and presenting accurate data, managing insurance claims, and integrating mergers and acquisitions into global insurance programs. You will also work on cross-functional teams with departments such as Accounting/Finance, Legal, HR, Real Estate, and Corporate Security to execute risk management programs and initiatives effectively. To excel in this role, you should have solid experience in corporate risk management and/or the insurance industry, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in financial analysis. Your ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders will be crucial. You should also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude to drive projects to completion successfully. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Corporate Risk Management and/or Insurance-related work experience, advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, basic knowledge of finance and accounting, and familiarity with Salesforce products, including Tableau. Experience with Risk Management Information Systems would be an added advantage.
