As a Manager in the Enterprise Risk Business Consulting team at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting client engagements related to Risk Consulting, Internal Audit, and GRC solutions for various clients across the MENA region. Your expertise in the Real Estate and Construction sector will be pivotal in contributing to the growth of our service offerings. This position offers you the opportunity to work with diverse clients, providing practical risk management and internal audit solutions while gaining valuable experience in a variety of projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and execute internal audit and risk consulting engagements for Real Estate construction companies in the MENA region. - Interact with all levels of management, including C-Suite executives, to meet client expectations. - Conduct end-to-end internal audits, including planning, process understanding, control testing, and preparation of audit reports. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Real Estate & Construction industry risks, internal audit methodology, and IIA requirements. - Identify areas for process improvement and provide valuable recommendations to clients. - Contribute to business development activities, such as preparing proposals and identifying leads. - Mentor and coach junior team members to support their growth and performance goals. - Manage engagement budgets and assist in developing marketing collaterals and new methodologies. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIA. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Internal Audit/Risk Management with a focus on Real Estate and Construction sectors. - Exceptional command of spoken and written English. - Willingness to travel to onsite locations at short notice. - Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. - Proficiency in MS-Office Suite and data analysis. **Additional Details about EY:** EY is committed to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
