As a Senior Consultant in the EY Process & Controls Risk Consulting - Internal Audit & Risk (Financial Services) team, your role will involve supporting client engagements related to Risk Management, Internal Audit, and GRC solutions for various clients across the MENA region. You will collaborate with other teams within Consulting services and work with clients from various sectors. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute internal audit and other risk consulting engagements for Financial Services providers, including planning, process understanding, risk and control matrix preparation, control testing, audit reporting, and issue resolution. - Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the Financial Services sector, risks, and end-to-end business processes. - Apply thorough knowledge of Internal Audit methodology and IIA requirements. - Deliver/manage engagements effectively, identify areas of improvement in client processes, and provide insightful recommendations. - Contribute to business development activities, comply with quality and risk management policies, and maintain proactive communication with clients. - Mentor and coach junior team members, manage engagement budgets, and support in developing marketing collaterals and new methodologies. **Skills and Attributes:** - Exceptional command of spoken and written English. - Globally mobile and flexible for travel. - Highly analytical, organized, and meticulous consulting skills. - Strong project management skills, ability to inspire teamwork, and deliver under tight deadlines. - Proficient in MS-Office Suite, data analysis, and validation. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus. - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management within the Financial Services sector. - Valid passport for travel.
