Role & responsibilities

Proven experience in a risk and control environment with a strong understanding of risk management principles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex problems.
Proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing large data sets.
Effective influencing skills and a collaborative team-working approach.
Ability to develop trusted advisor status and influence broader teams effectively.
Strong communication skills with a proven track record of engaging with senior executives.
Ability to challenge inefficient or excessive controls and propose practical solutions.
Experience working in a multi-country, culturally diverse, and time-zone-separated environment.
Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence.
