Job Description

As a Risk and Compliance Analyst at Accenture, you will be aligned with the Risk and Compliance vertical to perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions, and provide closure guidance as needed. Your role will involve designing and recommending effective controls to mitigate risks and assisting the service delivery team in preparing for upcoming client or external audits. You will work as part of the Risk & Compliance team, focusing on helping clients and organizations identify risks, create mitigation plans, and review the effectiveness, quality, impact, and influence of Internal Audit in relation to risk management and compliance objectives. Additionally, you will provide advisory and execution support to ensure that internal audit functions align with Internal Audit standards and leading practices across various dimensions such as Governance, Operating Model, Process, Data, Analytics, Technology, Talent, Skills, and Performance Management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform Operational Audit & Compliance tasks - Handle Regulatory Compliance Reporting activities - Engage in Know Your Customer (KYC) operations - Utilize Operations Research techniques - Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility - Work effectively under pressure - Apply problem-solving skills - Maintain a results-oriented approach - Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any field - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience As a Risk and Compliance Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for analyzing and solving lower-complexity problems on a daily basis. Your interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. While you may have limited exposure to clients and Accenture management in this role, you will receive moderate-level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed guidance on new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your own work and may also influence the work of others. You will function as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a specific scope of work. Please be aware that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
