Risk Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement acquisition and behavioural scorecard models to predict and analyze loan risk
• Analyze data to develop customer acquisition strategies and provide peer benchmark comparisons on industry trends
• Perform portfolio monitoring to track key metrics related to risk and early risk indicators
• Explore and build alternate data-based risk defences
• Build end-to-end digital Upsell/Cross sell risk policy to ensure maximum conversion and minimum drop-off
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and update credit policies and procedures that align with digital onboarding strategies
• Identify opportunities to streamline digital onboarding processes, bottlenecks, reduce turnaround time, and improve customer experience for low-risk customers
• Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and present findings to senior management.
• Generate and deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support strategies in lending, customer acquisition, and collections
• Collaborate with technology, policy, and MIS teams for policy validation, deployment, and the development of smooth testing pipelines
• Develop interactive dashboards to visualize product health, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and present insights on bureau trends and portfolio performance

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years experience in Risk/Data Analytics team, preferably in BFSI industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or Statistics
• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is mandatory
