Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Python.
• Build scalable applications using

  FastAPI / Django / Flask

  . Write efficient, modular, testable backend code.
• Design async/sync API endpoints based on workload type (I/O bound vs CPU bound).
• Create and optimize SQL queries, joins, indexes, and stored procedures.
• Work with cloud services (AWS/Azure) such as Lambda, S3/Blob, CloudWatch/Azure Monitor.
• Implement OAuth2/JWT authentication and API security best practices.
• Perform application performance optimization and use caching/indexing where required.
• Write unit and integration tests (PyTest, TestClient, httpx).
• Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and product teams.
  

Required Skills

Core Python

• Lists, tuples, dictionaries, sets
