As a Risk Analyst at OSTTRA India, you will be part of the Corporate Risk team responsible for assessing and managing enterprise-wide risks. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with OSTTRA's policies, frameworks, and standards, thereby safeguarding the organization's reputation, profitability, and stability in the financial markets. Your impact as a Risk Analyst is crucial in protecting OSTTRA's reputation and profitability, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a strong risk culture, enhancing operational efficiency and resilience, and supporting informed strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with Line Managers, Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks in business processes and change initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Managing a comprehensive portfolio of risk management action plans across the organization - Challenging, problem-solving, and escalating issues/concerns as necessary What We're Looking For: - 2-4 years of experience in operational and enterprise risk management - Experience with risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs) and data visualization software like Power BI is a plus - Strong communication and presentation skills - Experience in conducting risk assessments, understanding enterprise risk management, and managing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) As a Risk Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in securing OSTTRA's reputation and profitability by effectively controlling and managing enterprise risks.
