Risk Analyst FI Lending

As a Risk Analyst - FI Lending at Anand Rathi Global Finance Ltd, you will be responsible for conducting risk analysis and evaluation. This includes: - Analyzing and finalizing proposal notes prepared by the business team - Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines - Presenting Risk team views at Sanctioning Committees meetings You will also be required to: - Make presentations to the Top Management regarding the Overall FI portfolio - Monitor the portfolio by regularly interacting with customers for credit-related issues - Track PAR/MFIN data, quarterly financials, news articles, security perfection, etc. - Interact with rating agencies and other Lenders for due diligence purposes In addition, you will need to: - Conduct industry research by performing market and industry analyses - Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the FI lending and corporate credit space - Ensure documentation and compliance by making sure all credit proposals comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines - Maintain accurate and complete credit files for all assigned clients If you have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and are interested in this position based in Mumbai, please share your resume with us at nbfcrecruitment@rathi.com.,
