Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented

Associate- Risk and Compliance

to join ourgrowing legal and compliance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a legalbackground.∙Drafting, reviewing, and organizing commercial and vendor contracts.∙Draft and respond to legal notices, demand letters, and other legal correspondence.∙Monitoring contract expiration dates and ensuring timely renewals.∙Maintaining a centralized contract repository and ensuring version control.∙Liaise and support communication with regulatory bodies, external legal counsel,government offices, regulators, and law enforcement agencies as needed.∙Facilitate document submissions and follow-ups with concerned authorities.

Requirements

∙Bachelor’s degree in Law (BA.LLB) or related field.∙Strong understanding of commercial law and regulatory frameworks.∙Proficiency in both English and Nepali typing (mandatory)∙Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.∙Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Prior work experience in corporate legal departments or compliance teams, preferably 6months to 1 year of work experience.
