Riggers coordinator -Gujarat

We have opening for a proactive and organized Coordinator to manage a team of Telecom Riggers in Gujarat

This role requires strong coordination and operational skills to ensure efficient deployment, tracking, and compliance of field Riggers involved in telecom infrastructure maintenance and installation, including tower climbing and PPE safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Rigger

   Management:

   Handle all aspects of Rigger management from recruitment and onboarding to invoicing and offboarding.

2. Rigger

   Deployment & Replacement:

   Coordinate field deployment and manage replacements to ensure uninterrupted operations.

3. PPE Management:

   Monitor and ensure availability and condition of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); track and replace missing or defective PPE.

4. Tool Management:

   Track availability and status of tools required for fieldwork; arrange replacements as needed.

5. Daily Coordination:

   Act as the central point of contact for all Riggers , ensuring smooth communication and task allocation.

6. Attendance Monitoring:

   Maintain accurate daily attendance records of field Riggers .

7. WCC (Work Completion Certificate) Submission:

   Compile and submit monthly WCCs for client approval.

8. Invoicing & Documentation:

   Prepare and submit invoices in line with approved WCCs and ensure timely billing.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Prior experience in telecom field operations or team coordination preferred
2. Strong organizational and tracking skills
3. Ability to manage multiple field teams
4. Familiarity with safety compliance, PPE, and telecom tools is a plus
5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
6. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Work Environment:

1. Primarily office-based with occasional field visits
2. Coordination with Riggers performing physically demanding and safety-sensitive tasks such as tower climbing
