Description

We are seeking a skilled Rig Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drilling operations and equipment maintenance, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling activities.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain drilling rigs and associated equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitor drilling parameters and make adjustments to optimize performance.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure operational readiness.
Assist in training and mentoring junior crew members.
Maintain accurate records of drilling operations and equipment performance.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in rig operations or related field.
Strong understanding of drilling techniques and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
Proficient in operating heavy machinery and tools used in drilling operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in rig operations.
