Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Rice Lab Analyst at our facility in Mainpuri. The primary responsibilities include performing quality control tests, operating laboratory equipment, conducting sample analyses, calibrating lab instruments, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires close collaboration with the production and quality assurance teams to ensure product standards are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data accurately
• Experience with Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Skills
• Expertise in Quality Control procedures and processes
• Knowledge of Calibration and maintenance of lab instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the food processing industry is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
