Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rice Lab Analyst, located in Mainpuri. The Rice Lab Analyst will be responsible for performing quality control tests, calibrating laboratory equipment, analyzing rice samples, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards. Daily tasks will also involve documenting results, maintaining laboratory procedures, and collaborating with the quality assurance team to uphold product integrity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data and perform tests effectively
• Experience with Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Skills for accurate testing and maintenance
• Knowledge of Quality Control methods to ensure product standards are consistently met
• Ability to perform Calibration tasks to ensure equipment functionality and precision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the food processing or rice industry is a plus
