RFP Manager (Technology & Healthcare)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced RFP Manager to lead proposals, bids, and responses in the healthcare technology space. This role is key in creating compelling, compliant, and competitive submissions that showcase our digital health and IT solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses.
• Translate technical & regulatory requirements into clear, persuasive content.
• Collaborate with sales, product, legal, and compliance teams.
• Ensure submissions meet deadlines, standards, and client requirements.
• Drive process improvements and maintain a strong RFP content library.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of RFP management experience in healthcare tech/digital health.
• Outstanding English writing & communication skills.
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
