RF Project Engineer/ Manager

We are looking for an experienced RF Engineer with a strong background in RF planning and optimization for LTE/4G and 5G networks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing network quality, improving coverage and capacity, and resolving performance issues in both outdoor and indoor environments. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and optimize LTE/4G and 5G RF networks , including frequency planning and parameter tuning. Analyze network performance and KPIs to troubleshoot RF issues and resolve customer complaints . Conduct drive tests , analyze logs, and implement corrective actions for network improvement. Manage cluster mobility and handover performance , ensuring smooth transitions between cells. Collaborate with field teams, vendors, and cross-functional departments to implement network changes and upgrades. Generate detailed reports and documentation on network performance and optimization efforts.
