JOB DESCRIPTION • Responsible of complete RF& Microwave product design life cycle Design, development. Production) • Design and Develop RF& Microwave Products for Aerospace and Defense Application • Carry Out detail study of Requirements and Specification with System Team, Derive sub- system Specification. • Propose Sub-system/ Module Architecture and Carry out critical high level and low-level RF design along with Digital and Power Supply. • Investigated/ Evaluate various technologies and identify suitable technology for the Requirement • Carryout Schematic and Layout preparation • Carryout Circuit analysis and optimization, EM Simulation and Co-simulation using Microwave CAD tools (ADS, Genesys and HFSS.) • Strong Knowledge on RF & Microwave PCB Design Two layer, Multilayer, Hybrid and LTCC PCBs. • Strong Knowledge on RF & Microwave Testing on circuit level, Components level, and Sub-system Level • Strong Knowledge on Product Qualification( Acceptance test, Qualification test and EMI/EMC Test) • Responsible for Design for Manufacturability, higher manufacturing yield and optimal Design-To-Cost target. • Worked on T/R Modules, RF-frond end systems, Microwave Exciter, Receiver and SSPA and High Power Transmitter ( Frequency range: 20 MHz to 40GHz) SKILLS & PREFERABLE CERTIFICATIONS Technical Skills • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication • Proven Product Development experience with regard to RF& Microwave sub-systems microcontrollers. • Experience in design and Development of RF Passive and Active Components • Expertise in all kinds of RF Measurements. • Experience in Microwave Simulation • Experience in System Integration and Product qualification • Knowledge on Mil-STD- 461 E/F ( EMI/EMC), MIL-STD- 810G (Hardware) and DO-160 . REQUIRED QUALIFICATION • B.Tech/ M. Tech / Electronics & Communication requirements.
