Rewards Enablement Analyst-Global Mobility

As a member of the Global Mobility Team at Kimberly-Clark, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and coordination support. Your responsibilities will include: - Working collaboratively with the Global Mobility Team, HR Business partners, and vendors to initiate assignments, review and approve assignment documentation, and manage financial arrangements. - Reviewing and processing invoices related to global mobility. - Ensuring all assignee files are accurately maintained in Assignment Pro with updated information. - Drafting various assignment-related documents such as assignment letters, secondment agreements, and employment confirmation letters. - Coordinating with in-house teams and external global mobility partners for services like immigration, tax, and relocation. - Creating internal tickets/orders in Alight for country transfers and International assignments. - Undertaking project work assigned by the GM Leader. - Managing the Global Mobility mailbox efficiently.
