Role Description

full-time on-site role

• Developing and modifying accurate

  2D drawings

  and

  3D BIM models

  using

  Autodesk Revit

  .
• Collaborating with designers, engineers, and other team members to produce coordinated project deliverables.
• Assisting in preparing

  construction documentation

  ,

  shop drawings

  , and

  detail drawings

  .
• Ensuring models and drawings comply with

  industry standards, codes, and project specifications

  .
• Supporting design teams in

  clash detection, quantity take-offs, and BOQ preparation

  through BIM workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit

  (Architecture/Structure/MEP as applicable).
• Strong understanding of

  BIM workflows, drawing standards, and construction documentation

  .
• Ability to read and interpret

  architectural, structural, and engineering drawings

  .
• Knowledge of

  AutoCAD

  and other relevant design software (Navisworks, SketchUp, etc. is a plus).
• Attention to detail with a high level of

  accuracy in drafting and modeling

  .
• Strong

  collaboration and communication skills

  for multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Diploma/Degree in

  Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field

  .

• Prior experience as a Revit Technician / BIM Modeler

  is highly preferred.
