Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Engineer (3–5 years) to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and be proficient in Revit MEP for BIM modeling, coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Revit MEP models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other engineering teams.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
• Ensure quality and compliance with project standards and specifications.
• Update drawings and models as per revisions and project changes.
• Assist project engineers with design development and technical support.
• Work with BIM leads and project managers to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Revit MEP.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Navisworks is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in international projects (US/UK/Gulf) is a plus.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and LOD requirements.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
