Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Engineer with 3–5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Point Cloud to BIM projects, coordinating with clients, and delivering high-quality Revit MEP models as per international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate Revit MEP models (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) from point cloud data.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues within MEP services.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client specifications.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and documentation as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to streamline workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven experience working in Revit MEP projects.
• Hands-on experience in Point Cloud to BIM workflows.
• Strong knowledge of international BIM standards and practices.
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
