Job Title: BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler (Revit)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer with hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit to develop, coordinate, and manage 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM workflows, project coordination, and model-based collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Coordinate and integrate models from multiple disciplines ensuring clash-free, data-rich models.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to maintain model accuracy and consistency.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or equivalent software.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
• Assist in project setup, model management, and file organization.
• Support design reviews and virtual construction meetings.
• Stay updated on the latest BIM tools, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related tools.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• Knowledge of BIM standards (LOD, COBie, ISO 19650, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with Scan-to-BIM or Point Cloud Modeling.
• Familiarity with Revit Family Creation and BIM 360 / ACC Docs.
• Experience in international projects (US/UK standards) will be an added advantage.
