Review Generation Executive

To strengthen our brand presence, we are hiring motivated individuals to help improve and manage our customer reviews across platforms.   Role Overview   As a Review Generation Executive, you will be responsible for encouraging, collecting, and managing authentic customer feedback and reviews across multiple platforms (Google, Justdial, Trust pilot, Clutch, etc.). You will directly contribute to our online reputation and help strengthen customer trust in our brand.   Key Responsibilities Reach out to satisfied customers to request reviews/feedback through calls, emails, or WhatsApp (as applicable). Guide customers on how to leave reviews on platforms such as Google My Business, Justdial, Trust pilot, etc. Monitor online reviews and ratings regularly. Respond to reviews (positive & negative) in a polite and professional manner, following company guidelines. Report daily/weekly review progress and highlight trends in customer feedback. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate review insights into brand messaging. Requirements Strong communication skills (written & spoken). Basic understanding of digital platforms (Google, Justdial, Trust pilot, etc.). Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and with empathy. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup. Prior experience in customer service, digital marketing, or ORM (Online Reputation Management) is a plus.
