Reverse Recruiter

About the Role

We are hiring a Reverse Recruiter who will assist job seekers in finding the right employment opportunities. Instead of hiring for companies, you will represent candidates and help them secure interviews & job offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand candidates’ profiles, skills & career goals
• Identify & research relevant job openings across portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Apply to suitable roles on behalf of candidates
• Customize resumes & cover letters as per job descriptions
• Guide candidates with interview preparation & job-search strategy
• Manage candidate pipelines & track progress
• Maintain data, daily reports & follow-ups
• Build relationships with recruiters & HR teams

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any field)
• 6 months – 1 years experience in recruitment / sourcing / HR / career services
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn & job portals
• Organized, proactive & detail-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple profiles & deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,109.15 - ₹20,000.00 per month
