Revenue Operations Coordinator

Role Overview: You will play a key role in supporting sales and operational teams to achieve business goals. Your responsibilities will include managing and processing incoming prospect leads, ensuring compliance with sales rules, and resolving conflicts to support timely account setup. You will work cross-functionally to help the sales and operations team meet deadlines and exceed goals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage incoming prospect leads in a timely manner and ensure they are processed in the order received. - Ensure all leads and new accounts are compliant with sales Rules of Engagement (ROE) and resolve ROE conflicts when needed. - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed to gather and/or validate prospect information. - Navigate complex processes by independently managing diverse and intricate rules and workflows. - Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities for enhancements and upgrades. - Organize and manage department-related documents and resources. - Foster a positive work environment through open communication and cross-functional collaboration. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Comply with all policies and standards. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree required - Typically 1+ years of experience required - CRM experience (i.e. Salesforce.com) preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organization, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Additional Company Details: You will work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
