Revenue Manager OTA Strategy

JetQuid.com is a fast-growing hospitality tech startup based in Bangalore, helping independent hotels across India improve their online visibility, optimize room pricing, and increase overall revenue. We work with over 500 hotels and are scaling rapidly across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. This is an opportunity to be part of a young, agile team that is transforming how small and mid-sized hotels manage their OTA business. Responsibilities - Design and execute pricing strategies across various OTA platforms to help hotels maximize occupancy and revenue. - Monitor and manage hotel listings across platforms like Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, etc., ensuring rate parity and competitive positioning. - Analyze booking trends, competitor rates, and demand patterns to make informed pricing recommendations. - Conduct regular performance reviews with hotel partners, providing actionable insights and growth plans. - Coordinate OTA promotions and special offers in line with hotel objectives and market demand. - Educate hotel teams on best practices in revenue management and OTA operations. - Deliver performance reports and forecasts to both internal teams and hotel owners for transparency and improvement. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management, OTA strategy, or hotel distribution. - Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, MMT, Goibibo, etc.). - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with numbers and performance metrics. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - Prior experience working with independent hotels or in Tier 2/3 markets is a strong plus. - Willingness to work from our Bangalore office full-time. - Startup mindset flexible, hands-on, and proactive.,
