As a Data Management Services (DMS) Specialist at SymphonyAI, your role involves retrieving performance metrics from digital streaming report dashboards and ingesting the data into the internal management software (Revedia Digital). You will be responsible for resolving exceptions that occur during data ingestion, such as title mapping, channel mapping, processing new titles/channels, and configuration updates. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a knack for problem-solving. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ingest and/or manually process and reconcile performance metrics data at the title level within Revedia Digital software with limited supervision. - Recognize and correct data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy. - Identify and communicate any issues related to the ingested data or the output from Revedia Digital to the team. - Ensure compliance with 24-hour processing requirements as per contractual obligations to customers. - Collaborate with Support and Engineering teams to address user issues with Revedia Digital. - Provide daily updates on completed work and report any issues that hindered the processing of retrieved reports effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and resolve issues. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and practically. - Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including manipulating worksheets, using formulas/functions, and extracting data efficiently. - Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy. - A college degree or equivalent education and experience combination.
