We re looking for a revenue and accounts receivable accounting professional who s sharp, reliable, and ready to take on more than invoicing. As the Global Revenue and Accounts Receivable Specialist, you ll own core accounts receivable tasks, including billing, collections, and reconciliation. Billing will encompass subscriptions, hardware, and services. You ll also ensure revenue is reported accurately according to GAAP and on a timely basis.

What you ll do:

Accounts Receivable and Billing

Prepare and send accurate, timely customer invoices
Track payments, follow up on aging receivables, and manage collections in coordination with Sales
Reconcile purchase orders, shipping records, and invoices across systems
Record and report revenue recognition, including month-end accruals
