Role & responsibilities

Retention Manager responsible for leading retention efforts to minimize customer churn, increase customer loyalty, and drive sales growth for Loan against property / Home Loan

  • Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce customer churn and increase loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data to identify at-risk customers and create targeted retention plans.
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless customer handoffs and resolve customer concerns.
  • Identify upsell/cross sell opportunities and work with sales teams for revenue generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting to management on retention and sales performance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize retention and sales outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance to all process norms.
