Role & responsibilities

Retention Manager responsible for leading retention efforts to minimize customer churn, increase customer loyalty, and drive sales growth for Loan against property / Home Loan

Develop and execute retention strategies to reduce customer churn and increase loyalty.
Analyze customer data to identify at-risk customers and create targeted retention plans.
Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless customer handoffs and resolve customer concerns.
Identify upsell/cross sell opportunities and work with sales teams for revenue generation.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Provide regular reporting to management on retention and sales performance.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize retention and sales outcomes.
Maintain compliance to all process norms.
