Job Description

As a Retention FOS, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Daily follow-up for collection from customers - Retaining disconnected customers - Achieving monthly collection targets - Clearing outstanding amounts stuck at the customer end by engaging in face-to-face discussions with customers in the field - Approaching customers for bandwidth upgrades and achieving upgrade target numbers - Verifying documents for new orders - Reconciling customer ledgers Qualifications required: - Minimum educational qualification of 12th passed & above Experience: - Minimum of 6 months of experience in the marketing field Location: - Surat This job requires a proactive approach towards customer retention and collection, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with customers to resolve outstanding issues.,
