Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to join our Chennai store. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, showcasing Apple products, and driving sales while ensuring a premium in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right Apple products
• Deliver exceptional customer service with strong product knowledge and demonstrations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain accurate product knowledge across Apple devices and accessories
• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are upheld
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming retail environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in retail sales (electronics or Apple products preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
