Job Description: We are looking for Store Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our organic retail store. The candidate should be flexible to handle multiple responsibilities including billing, stock management, order handling, deliveries around the shop, and overall store maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Handle billing and cash/card/UPI transactions at the store. Check, update, and manage stock inventory regularly. Take customer orders (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp) and ensure timely processing. Pack and deliver orders around the shop/nearby areas when required. Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and overall store upkeep. Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment. Update daily sales and stock records using MS Excel. Provide good customer service and product information. Perform other store-related tasks as required. Requirements:Willingness to handle multiple tasks in a retail environment. Basic computer knowledge with MS Excel skills. Ability to ride a two-wheeler (valid license preferred). Knowledge of Kannada language is an added advantage. Basic communication skills and customer-friendly attitude. Honest, responsible, and physically fit for retail work. Prior experience in retail/store operations is a plus.
