Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage retail store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through effective marketing campaigns and promotions.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
Oversee secondary sales activities such as franchisee acquisition, development, and expansion planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-5 years of experience in retail store operations or related field (franchise sales/franchisee development).
Strong understanding of SIS prospecting tools for data analysis.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
