Cashier & Store Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage the cash counter for error-free billing and seamless transactions.

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate daily transaction records and perform regular reconciliation.

- Generate comprehensive transaction reports for store performance evaluation.

- Actively promote and upsell store products to maximize sales opportunities.

- Assist in visual merchandising and store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Diploma.

- 1-4 years of cashiering experience in retail preferred, but freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.

- Proficient in billing, cashiering, and POS software.

- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

- Attention to detail and excellent numerical aptitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
