Job Type: On-site, Full Time

Pay: Fixed pay - 15000-17000 (Negotiable)

Qualifications: Graduate with any degree in a business background

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with Customers:

• Facilitate efficient sales transactions by actively engaging with customers on a daily basis.
• Provide expert guidance on product selection to meet customer design preferences and requirements.

• Customer Service:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information about products.

3. Inventory Management:

• Maintain a meticulous record of inventory on a daily basis.
• Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate restocking activities to ensure product availability.

• Billing and Documentation:

• Generate manual bills and receipts accurately for customer purchases.
• Handle billing discrepancies promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• 5.
• Operational Support:

• Assist the owner in making informed operational decisions.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement effective store policies and procedures.

6. Team Supervision:

• Supervise and support Assistant Retail Store Managers in their roles.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the sales team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹11,424.77 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi and English (Preferred)
