Common Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and personalized product recommendations Inspect incoming products and manage inventory efficiently Oversee daily store operations, including product displays, cleanliness, and checkout processes Role Description Assist customers with in-store promotions and brand introductions Support part-time staff with product knowledge and customer service training Contribute to product curation and merchandising decisions based on customer feedback and trends Qualifications & Preferred Traits Experience in beauty, retail, or other customer-facing roles is a plus (open to entry-level candidates) Passion for K-beauty and awareness of current beauty trends Strong communication skills, with a bright and positive attitude 0-2 years of experience in retail staff roles Must be located in commutable distance to Gurugram, Haryana, India Career Path We’re committed to developing the next generation of retail talent.
