Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Executive at Ueir Organic Store, you'll be the face of our brand — helping customers discover healthy food choices, guiding them with product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about organic products and healthy food options
• Actively drive in-store sales and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and attractive displays
• Handle billing, POS operations, and manage returns/exchanges when necessary
• Collect customer feedback and build lasting relationships
• Stay updated on product arrivals, offers, and health benefits of items sold
• Support stock audits, inventory checks, and FIFO practices
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth daily store operation

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (FMCG or organic/grocery preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English
• Passion for healthy living and natural/organic food products
• Customer-first attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer/POS knowledge
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and peak seasons

Bonus Points (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Knowledge of millets, organic food, or nutrition
• Experience in handling in-store promotions or sampling events
• Local resident of Erode or nearby areas
