Retail Salesperson (Textile showroom)

You will be responsible for the following tasks as a Salesman/Sales Person in a Textile Showroom: - Demonstrating good and effective communication skills along with interpersonal skills. - Handling showroom administration efficiently. - Developing strategies to increase customer inflow and optimize profitability of the showroom. - Hiring, educating, and motivating staff to provide exceptional customer service. - Managing returns and addressing customer complaints in a polite and effective manner. - Proposing innovative ideas to enhance market share. - Maintaining showroom discipline, order, and cleanliness. To qualify for this role, you must have: - At least 3 years of experience in the retail field.
