JOB DESCRIPTION – SALESMAN/SALES PERSON ( TEXTILE SHOWROOM) EXPERIENCE MUST IN RETAIL FIELD 1. GOOD AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS. 2. SHOWROOM ADMINISTRATION 3. DEVELOPING THE SHOWROOM STRATEGIES TO RAISE THE INFLOW OF CUSTOMERS AND OPTIMIZE PROFITIBALITY. 4. HIRING, EDUCATING AND MOTIVATING STAFF IN PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE. 5. HANDLING RETURNS, DEALING WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS IN EFFECTIVE AND POLITE MANNER. 6. PROPOSE INNOVATIVE IDEAS TO INCREASE MARKET SHARE. 7. MAINTAIN SHOWROOM WITH DISCIPLINE, ORDER AND CLEAN. EXPERIENCE 3+ YEARS IN RELEVANT FIELD Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Compensation Package: Commission pay Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
