Retail Salesperson

Position Overview

We are looking for a Retail Salesperson to join our clothing store team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about fashion. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing options.
• Provide styling advice and help customers select outfits.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Handle billing and operate POS systems accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards of the store.
• Assist in managing stock, including receiving, tagging, and replenishing products.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges professionally.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, new arrivals, and ongoing promotions.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in retail, fashion, or customer service (Freshers welcome).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication in Hindi & English (local language is a plus).
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Presentable, polite, and confident personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems.

Work Conditions

• Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
• Working Hours: 9–10 hours per day
• Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
